Enchantment Colour Change Sapphire Treasury Ring
This mysterious colour change cushion cut sapphire's natural properties allow it to transform before your very eyes. We have seen colours ranging from teal to pale lilac to light chocolate, hazel and sage, look into this special stone and who knows what you will see!
The shoulder stones are beautifully proportioned champagne coloured pear-shaped diamonds, recut from antique gems, giving this ring an heirloom quality made by the talented contemporary goldsmith Natalie Harris especially for the Gill Wing Jewellery Treasury collection.
We love how Natalie creates a harmonious balance in her elegant designs. The metal is suitably chunky, but given an element of softness through her refined finishes and rounded edges. The combination of antique champagne diamonds and a wonderful colour change sapphire in this ring echo that subtlety of form. The delicate tones of mink and lavender transform into teal in daylight, like the unpredictable sky of early Spring, designed to enchant.
Non heat treated sapphire 7.2 x 6.6mm 1.75ct, re-cut antique old cut diamonds 5.2-5.3 x 3.6-3.7mm 0.49ct champagne diamonds in 18ct yellow gold with a satin finish. Ring size N, please get in touch regarding resizing.
The Designer
Natalie Harris started her business in 2006 after completing a degree in Silversmithing and Jewellery at Loughborough University and a postgraduate year at Bishopsland Workshops. With a wealth of knowledge and experience she moved back to the Midlands and settled into a studio at Banks Mill in Derby.
Gemstones are the primary focus of Natalie's jewellery and design always begins with highlighting a stones inherent natural beauty.
Jewellery Care
To look after your jewellery we recommend it must not be worn in the bath, shower or whilst swimming and we advise any perfume or hairspray is to be applied before putting on your jewellery to avoid contact with chemicals and cosmetics. Please remove your jewellery before engaging in practical activities such as sport.
